What softwares do you use?

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, Avid Protools and Davinci Resolve.

What are some examples of your previous work?

Do I have to provide footage myself?

Yes. JS Films don't do any filming as of now.

Do I have to provide my own music and sound effects?

No, JS Films has access to a royalty free audio library with music, sound effects and roomtones.

How do I send you my files?

Upload your files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other cloud based online service and share the link with me at jos.se@hotmail.com.

How many revisions do I get?

You get one revision for free, then it's $30 per revision.

How do payments work?

Once you are happy with the product, you will receive an invoice from JS Films through email which states all services performed, their individual pricing as well as the total amount.

What softwares do you use to edit videos?

Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 & After Effects 2020.

How long does it take for you to edit a video?

These are estimates and will depend on the amount of graphics, audio work and revisions you will need.

Short videos (2-5 min) ≈ 1-2 weeks
Longer videos (10-30 min) ≈ 3-4 weeks
For faster delivery (less than a week) I will charge an additional $50

How much do you charge for a video?

I typically charge $40/h. How many hours I will spend on a specific video depends on:

how much raw footage you have and how big the files are
how long you want the final product to be
if you want to add titles, graphics or animation

Where do you do your color grading?

I do both primary and secondary color grading in Davinci Resolve.

Do you provide your own sound effects, music and roomtone?

Yes! JS Films have access to a royalty free audio library to choose from. It has music in different genres and moods, as well as sound effects and background sounds.

How much do you charge for audio work?

I charge $30/h for audio editing.
